First, a bespoke Kinzy piece begins with a conversation about your style, the occasion and what the jewellery should mean. From there, we translate your ideas into a design that balances beauty, proportion, comfort and longevity.
Clarity before craftsmanship
Design developed and reviewed from every angleFirst, review the proportions, profile, setting and finer details from every angle. Together, we refine your design until every decision feels right.
Next, experience the scale, height and presence of your design in a physical model before we commit precious metal or stones.
Finally, manufacturing begins only when you are confident in the design, giving you transparency and control throughout the process.
Diamond sourcing
In addition, we assess natural and laboratory grown diamonds for beauty, light performance, proportions, shape and value. As a result, we make every recommendation with the finished piece in mind.
Kinzy London and A&M Polishers
In the same way, our sister company, A&M Polishers, brings deep manufacturing experience to Kinzy. Together, design, manufacturing, polishing and finishing form one carefully managed process.
Then, from the first technical drawing to the final polish, experienced craftspeople guide every stage and complete it to exacting standards.
The Kinzy Promise
For this reason, our purpose is to help maintain your jewellery so it continues to look and feel as beautiful as the day you bought it.
In addition, every Kinzy creation includes one complimentary atelier service every 12 months. Before the service begins, our Hatton Garden craftspeople assess the setting, band, joins and finish.
If ordinary wear requires a repair, our atelier can assess the work and provide a separate quotation before proceeding. However, accidental damage, neglect and work by another jeweller remain outside the complimentary service and manufacturing warranty.
Therefore, return every 12 months to maintain the Kinzy manufacturing warranty. Moreover, this does not affect your statutory rights where an underlying fault is established.
Wedding bands
Likewise, we create each band to sit beautifully beside an engagement ring or stand confidently alone. Together, we choose the profile, width, metal, finish and comfort.
Included with your Kinzy creation
For example, you may use one complimentary resize within 12 months for an eligible design. Full eternity rings and continuous band designs are excluded.
In addition, we include engraving at the time of purchase for a personal detail that makes the piece unmistakably yours.
Finally, your annual service includes checks, cleaning, suitable refinishing and a final structural review.
