1. Overview

At Kinzy London, we take great pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our fine jewellery. Every piece is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure it meets our high standards.

This Return Policy outlines your rights and our procedures for returns and exchanges on jewellery purchased online, in accordance with UK consumer protection law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

 

2. Consultations and Client Experience

At Kinzy London, we believe that every client deserves a deeply personal and transparent experience when creating or selecting their jewellery.

To ensure complete confidence and satisfaction, we strongly encourage all clients to book a consultation before placing an order, whether by phone, video call, or an in-person visit to our Kinzy London showroom.

During a consultation, clients gain access to:

  • A broader selection of fine diamonds and gemstones curated specifically for their preferences.

  • The Kinzy Special Care Package, which provides exclusive aftercare, maintenance, and support.

  • The opportunity to explore bespoke tailored options and design privileges.

  • Exclusive access to different stages of the production process, allowing clients to review, refine, and request adjustments throughout the creation of their piece.

3. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The jewellery is unworn, unused, and in the same condition that it was delivered.

  • The original seal and packaging are intact and have not been broken or removed.

  • The item is not customised, engraved, altered, or made to order.

For hygiene, authenticity, and quality assurance reasons, jewellery with a broken seal or that shows signs of wear cannot be returned or refunded, as it will no longer be in the condition it was sold.

 

4. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable:

  • Jewellery that has been custom-made, bespoke, or altered to a client’s specification (including resizing, design modifications, or stone changes).

  • Jewellery that has been engraved, personalised, or otherwise customised.

  • Jewellery where the security seal or packaging has been opened or tampered with.

  • Earrings, for hygiene and safety reasons, are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable once dispatched or tried on.

These items are exempt from cancellation rights under Regulation 28(1)(b) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, as they are made or customised specifically to order.

 

5. Statutory Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK law.

If an item is found to be faulty, damaged, or misdescribed, Kinzy London will repair, replace, or refund in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

 

6. Returns Procedure

To initiate a return, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Please ensure all items are returned in their original packaging, with certificates and proof of purchase enclosed.

Returns that do not meet these requirements may not be accepted.

Refunds will be processed within 14 working days of receipt and inspection of the returned item.
